, here is the video clip. Below are my thoughts on this. 1. She has bad form on her bicep curls. 2. It really does not matter that she has bad form! 3. She is incredibly strong. You can tell she is a little girl and these are fairly heavy weights for a girl. She can handle it. According to the publisher of this video: "Tiny Thai muscle girl does a dumbbell routine and shows muscles she got from construction work, not the gym. 29 years old, 4'8" (142cm) tall and 78 lbs (35.4Kg) dumbbells aren't very heavy, stay tuned for more video, maybe abs and legs next time??" She does not even work out to get this body! This - to me - is more desirable than someone who has a personal trainer, or perhaps takes supplements to be strong.
4. Her muscles are amazing. They are sexy and attractive, and not at all manly. 5. She is beautiful. She has pretty hair, a cute face, muscular yet feminine body. She may be perfect. 6. She seems to have a lot of positive energy. Look how she jumps back after the flex and acts like she is a kung-fu expert (perhaps she is!). How cute of a personality is that! 7. Her voice is awesome.
